Rental Agreement
Equipment Rental Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form the Equipment Rental Agreement between Premiere Collection (Soufrière, Saint Lucia) — the Lessor — and you, the renter (Lessee). By submitting a rental request and checking the agreement box, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. A full rental agreement is signed at the time of pickup or delivery.
1. Rented Equipment
The equipment, quantities, and models covered by this Agreement are those listed in your rental request.
All equipment is provided in good working condition at the time of rental.
2. Rental Term
The rental period runs from the start date to the end date provided in your request.
The rental period includes both the pickup and return days unless otherwise agreed.
3. Rental Rates
Rental rates are the per-day rates shown for each item in your request.
A delivery fee may apply and will be confirmed with you before delivery.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due before or upon delivery.
Accepted methods: cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer.
Late returns incur a charge of $130 per day.
5. Use of Equipment
The Lessee agrees to operate the equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Equipment shall not be subleased or transferred to a third party.
Only trained individuals may operate the equipment.
6. Maintenance and Repairs
The Lessee is responsible for basic cleaning after use.
The Lessor handles routine maintenance between rentals.
7. Return Condition
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear.
Damage or loss will be assessed upon return.
A cleaning fee of $50 applies if the equipment is not reasonably cleaned.
8. Assumption of Risk & Liability
The Lessee assumes all risks of operation and agrees to hold the Lessor harmless from:
• Injury to persons or property;
• Damage from improper use;
• Violations of laws or regulations.
9. Insurance
It is the responsibility of the Lessee to obtain any insurance coverage deemed necessary. Premiere Collection does not provide renter insurance.
10. Termination
The Lessor reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the terms are violated or misuse is observed.
11. Damage and Responsibility
The Lessee shall be fully responsible for the care, custody, and control of the equipment during the term of this Agreement. The Lessee shall be liable for any loss of, theft of, or damage to the equipment, except for reasonable wear and tear resulting from proper and intended use. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as determined by the Lessor in its reasonable discretion, shall be repaired or replaced at the Lessee's sole expense. The Lessor may charge the Lessee for the cost of such repair or replacement, including labor, parts, and any associated administrative or transportation costs.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.
